Your data
Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Rise Together FX collects through this website, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). We've kept it short and in plain English.

Who we are
This website is run by RISE TOGETHER MARKETING - FZCO, trading as Rise Together FX ("we", "us"). Registered address: Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Business licence number: 69854.
We are the controller of the personal data described below. We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and we apply UK GDPR standards to the personal data of visitors from the UK. For any privacy question or request, email hello@risetogetherfx.com.
What we collect
We only collect personal data when you send us an application through the form on our homepage. The form asks for:
- your full name and email address (required);
- your phone number (optional);
- your trading experience (required);
- any message you choose to write (optional);
- your confirmation that you understand the risks of forex trading.
When you submit the form we also record the date and time, the page you sent it from and your IP address. To stop spam, our server keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to one hour to limit repeated submissions.
Like all websites, our hosting provider's servers automatically handle technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use your data and our lawful bases
- To reply to your application and talk to you about whether our service is right for you. Lawful basis: steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- To onboard you if you become a client (for example, helping you set up your broker account and connecting our strategy). Lawful basis: performance of a contract with you.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam or abuse. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.
- Marketing: we will not send you marketing emails unless you have given your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. Submitting an application does not sign you up to marketing.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered your interests and rights and believe our use is limited and expected. You can object at any time (see "Your rights").
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we use to run this website and handle applications:
- Hostinger: hosts this website and the email system that delivers your application to our inbox (hello@risetogetherfx.com).
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): our contact management system. Your application details are stored on our "Website applications" list so we can keep track of replies.
- MyFXBook: our homepage shows a live performance chart image loaded directly from MyFXBook's servers. When your browser loads it, MyFXBook receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request. We don't send MyFXBook any of your form data.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Brevo stores data in the European Union. The UK recognises the EU as providing adequate protection for personal data, so these transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations. Hostinger's servers for this website are located in the United Kingdom. Because we are based in the UAE, your data is also processed in, and accessible from, the United Arab Emirates by our team. Where your data is transferred to or accessed from a country without UK adequacy regulations, including the UAE, we protect it with appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum) and apply the same UK GDPR standards described in this policy.
How long we keep it
- Applications that don't go further: deleted 12 months after your last contact with us.
- If you become a client: kept for as long as you're a client and then for 6 years after the relationship ends, where we need it for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
- Anti-spam records (hashed IP address): up to one hour.
- Marketing consent (if given): until you withdraw it.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't set any cookies of our own. The MyFXBook chart is a plain image and does not need cookies to display. If we add any non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict how we use your data;
- object to our use of your data where we rely on legitimate interests (and to object to marketing at any time);
- data portability (receive your data in a commonly used format);
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To use any of these rights, email hello@risetogetherfx.com. We'll reply within one month. There is normally no charge.
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling. A person reads and replies to every application.
Keeping your data secure
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, access to our inbox and Brevo account is restricted to our team, and API keys are stored outside the public website.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first at hello@risetogetherfx.com. If you are in the UK, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator: ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113. If you are a UAE resident, you may contact the UAE Data Office.
